I followed this method to a T. Posted this in forums for the largest 10 cities in the US. I only receive 3-4 views per advertisement page and none of them converted. I am using the same product and did everything else the same. How many views per advertisement are you receiving? Any other assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
